At sota clothing, we want you to love your gear as much as we love the Midwest. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of your delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original, unworn condition with tags attached, and include the provided packing slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
